Think Big with Zillable - The World's First Intelligent Social & Collaboration Network

1 Successful organizations have one thing in common - a VISION

All that they do must dependably be in accordance with the vision - the divisions, the techniques, the activities, including the people and its way of life and values.

Zillable enables organizations to clarify their vision.

zillable logo

Zillable is a real-time collaboration platform that adjusts activities with the vision a company has. It composes the undertakings and stream of data while empowering independence and individual supposition. It's a mix of all the online components and advantages that most partnerships amplify from web-based social networking, without the danger of discharging private data and presenting the association to a potential investigation without discovery. The environment is controlled, but, free-streaming. Need to know more? The following are the elements you can exploit in the event that you utilize Zillable.

  1. Default Features
    • If you google “productivity apps”, “online project management" or “virtual collaborations platforms - all tools that are fundamental for any association - you would be overpowered with the numerous choices accessible. You would likewise see that these have similar components. That is the reason the primary thing on this list is the thing that I call the default features. These are the basic elements you can discover across most enterprise collaboration systems:
      • One stop shop - It incorporates everything in one location and makes it a one stop shop. The tool is the store of messages, files, discussions and all other correlated data identified with a project, a concise, inquire about, some other movement you might be having in an organization. This feature recognizes that being on the web implies being updated. Virtual servers end up noticeably handier as data administration is never again restricted to an office or a back room that houses immensely vital records that must be spared. They end up plainly open and simpler to backtrack/adjust. It makes tasks simpler and it advances augmenting time, as robotization and templating may likewise be considered in light of past activities or projects.
      • Task list and to-dos - Tasks are sorted out and set in one zone for less demanding administration and appointment. Tracking winds up noticeably less demanding as the tool strengthens responsibility and objectivity in conveying what is required.
      • Visual presentation - Activity and project status are converted into various formats of presentation for less demanding appraisal of accomplishment or consummation. The display varies relying upon the intended interest group they'd get a kick out of the chance to focus on. A portion of the normal ones includes bar graph, line graph, and Gantt chart.
      • Budget and expense tracking - This is exceptionally basic for monetary related records/extends and having an instrument that permits this makes it extremely viable for managers to see the stream of cash, potential advantages, and potential losses and make exact projections for the organization.
      • Privacy - Capacity to channel data for a selected group.

Zillable has these features with the exception of the financial backing/cost following apparatus which is done through the message and to-do segments, not as a different range as it is essential to the venture. Be that as it may, perused on to discover other accessible alternatives/highlights in Zillable.
  2. Profile and Stats
    • Online tools are for the most part client driven and are sifted through particular search choices. Zillable broadened this into a system where a person can look after his/her business profile and associate with other individuals. Accordingly, it appeared to have turned into a blend of different social media accounts in a controlled environment. A few people still feel that sharing their Facebook profile resembles an interruption to their private life. Zillable rearranges this by giving the road to share data professionally and in light of what you do/contribute for your organization. Afterward, you can investigate spaces where you can add to others' projects also.
  3. Maps
    • There are two sorts of maps in Zillable and it might be like the visual presentation of messages and data in different stages however what I like about Zillable is that the segment is particular to thought collaboration through mind maps or skill maps. Conceptualizing has never moved toward becoming as digital as this and Zillable simply got it going.
  4. Twitter
    • Twitter is a standout amongst the most well-known social media access and Zillable has boosted the utilization of the @ symbol to identify with individuals in the project or contact who can be tapped.
  5. Pinterest
    • Zillable has utilized the idea of boards and pins. Here you can spare messages by sticking/pinning them and getting to them later on for consideration or culmination. The display is additionally somewhat comparable, it won't cause you perplexity as far as navigation and access.
  6. Notebook
    • Notebook enables users to sort out his/her own particular substance in one area/bunches them together for easier access.
  7. Publications
    • Refers to content accessible for everybody's viewing pleasure. It gives responsibility and believability over one's own content.
  8. Inventions
    • Refers to areas where you can contribute your thoughts.
  9. Challenges
    • Refers to areas relating to challenges.
  10. Solutions
    • Refers to arrangements relating to particular areas you can cover.
To get started, here's a brief how-to video of Zillable:

There is a considerable measure of online task management tools that are better than average and can convey what you require for your organization. It might have been working for quite a while now and it may not be the opportune time to roll out any improvements yet what I'd jump at the chance to stretch is online instruments are liable to normal updates and innovation. It ought to have a cooperative relationship to the requirements of your group and of your customers. Furthermore, in the event that you as of now observe that the progressions have changed, the devices that they utilize ought to take after. This is the main way you can cast off your vision vigorously and make work less demanding.

It is human instinct to adjust keeping in mind the end goal to survive and I'm certain that as an association, your fundamental concern is soundness and benefit Your vision is the thing that issues and in the case despite everything you're utilizing similar tools that you were utilizing 10 years back, reconsider. Think more extensive, think greater, think further.

Issue: Xiaomi Mi Band Not Charging | Fix: Heating the Device

Advertisement:
Lazada Philippines

I forgot to charge my Mi band and its battery was depleted for days. So the time I charged it, It's not showing any indicator. It's not charging :O

mi band not charging issue
Mi Band Pulse not charging

I tried various solutions I found online to fix my Mi Band but none of them works (see below):
I attempted to clean the nodes with cotton buds and alcohol.

fixing mi band with cotton swab

I'm about to scrap the nodes but I think, It's not needed as looks clean as new. Cleaning it with alcoholed cotton buds is enough.

cleaning mi band with cotton bud

Make sure you dry the nodes completely before charging or else, charging it while wet might result to further complication.

After doing the trials above, my Mi band is still not charging :(

Fixing Xiaomi Mi Band Not Charging Issue with Heat

I think of exciting the electrons inside the battery with heat which will force the battery to run. So I lay it near the exhaust fan of my laptop. I let it absorb the heat in 5 mins. And upon trying to charge it again... It's back charging! The indicator blinks.

placing mi band on heat to make it charge

Caution: overheating may break your device. Observe and check it by tapping it barely. Take away your Mi Band from the heat if you think it's already overheating.

This solution may work with any brand of Fitness Band with a similar issue. You may try a Hair Dryer instead of the one I did above.

Hope this post helped you.

Thanks!

Developer Economics Survey Q3 2017 | Take the Survey and Get a Chance to Win Some Prizes

Developer survey will reveal if you are Cyborg trooper or a Technomancer

Check out this cool developer survey featuring questions on topics like programming languages, SDKs, platforms, app categories, new technologies, revenue models, developer training and resources and -of course- tools. It’s a survey made by developers, so the questions are relevant to all devs and it only takes 15 minutes!

Also - this is a survey that’s actually fun! It is taking place in a futuristic developer universe comprised of 8 galaxies which you can visit in your spaceship. Along the way, the space computer will share guidelines, useful information on developer research and will now and then entertain you with geeky jokes. Once you complete the survey, you’ll get to find out what kind of character you’d be in this futuristic developer universe, based on your responses: A Cyborgtrooper? A Technomancer? Or something else? Take the survey and find out!

And there are amazing prizes you can win like a Pixel Phone 32GB, an Oculus Rift headset, a Samsung Galaxy J5, Udemy courses and more.

During the survey, you will unlock stats showing how your responses compare to other developers’ in your country. You’ll also be the first to receive the State of the Developer Nation report (due August 2017) based on key survey findings.

Take the survey here!

I actually won a runner-up prize last year. I've won their Aquaris E5 bq Ubuntu phone (see below):

It's a real deal! If you're not in the field of IT, you may share this survey to someone you know who work in the said field.

Tech Tips: How to make your Desktop so neat?

I won't be much technical on this post. I'll share this right away! Not to brag but here's my Desktop on my PC/Laptop:

neat desktop wallpaper

So neat, right? I should have made a screenshot of my old Desktop before setting this one. My old one was very messy.

I discovered this wallpaper from DesktopImages.org. Thank goodness, somebody made a very clean and purposeful wallpaper. The "Empty Office Wallpaper" was created or shared by user gaaramylovev from the said site. You can download the Empty Office Wallpaper here.

Having this wallpaper actually helps me arrange Shortcuts and Folders so neatly.

With how the Desktop wallpaper looks, I was able to move some Folders and Files I don't much use from my Desktop before. And moved them to the folders of my Drive instead of leaving them hanging in my Desktop. It improves my computer Startup and loading. Well, It's not actually too slow before but I can feel the a little bit difference. It's a bit quicker now! Note that too many Folders, Shortcuts and other unnecessarry files in your Desktop can slow your computer performance (see discussion about it here). You should clean up your virtual place too. It helps not just your computer performance but also make your mind at peace :)

It looks very comfortable to my eyes. Wala nang kalat! Before, I'm used to Character & Game wallpaper designs but now, I'm going to stick with this one for long.

Hope you like it.

Thanks!

Product Review: Basic Earbuds Headset with Volume Control from Goods.ph

Very Cheap Earpiece For Sale at Goods.ph

I bought this from their last year's 11 peso deal sale. I order 4 and I'm very satisfied.

- Brand: Generic
- Product Code: EO-HS3303WE (GH59-13091A) F / Non PVC
- Product Initial: J5
- Product URL:
- Price: 99.00 pesos (as of 01-17-2017)

affordable quality headset
Cheap Earbuds from Goods.ph
It looks like a generic model of Samsung earpods. The quality of the sound is good. You can clearly hear the dynamic bass like what's produced from the original Samsung earpiece.

Generic Brand of HS330 Samsung Wired Stereo Earbud

high quality headset for a cheap price
Wrong Ear Label of Generic HS330 earpod

My complaints about this product from 4/4 of my orders are: (1) wrong labeling of earpiece setup. The majority of earpiece makers placed the microphone piece connected in the left earpiece. This one is labeled wrong. (2) the mic doesn't work in one of my order. (3) over a months use, one of my order which I gifted to my mother has been broken. It went semi-undetectable by her iPad.

All in all, It's still worth it. The sound quality is there plus the 11 pesos price I score with this product. It's now back to 99.00 pesos. If you're really saving money, you may want to take a risk of buying this product, some works, some don't. Anyway, Goods.ph has fair Return Policy. I didn't return mine because I don't want to be hassled and I paid it for 11 pesos anyway.

My rating for this product: 3.0 / 5.0

PayPal Issue on Charging your Credit/Debit Card instead of your PayPal Balance and How-to Instruction to Avoid it

I experienced it before and I'm afraid I'm going to experience it again. So I took extra precaution not to hit the same mistake, not actually the user's mistake but the PayPal's new website interface's.

PayPal Charging your Credit Card instead of your PayPal Balance

I fear It might still be happening if ever you're reading this because you experienced it too?

What's the issue here? The issue here is you have a PayPal balance while you have a Credit Card information added in your account. As per PayPal's self-help guide (see PayPal Payment overview and payment options ), PayPal should take your PayPal balance first before taking money from your CC but that's not what have happened in my experience last February 27, 2016 (see below):

PayPal charged my Credit Card instead of PayPal balance issue
PayPal charged my Credit Card instead of PayPal balance during beta

PayPal charged my Credit Card while I have a sufficient amount of money in my PayPal balance. Their Customer Support failed to resolve it because It's already too late. It frustrates me because I don't want an unplanned debt in my Credit Card bill.

As far as I can remember, PayPal can give you an option to switch back from their old interface where you can pay with your PayPal balance without adding up your Credit Card information. That's way back on their Beta release but It's already past that stage. If you did your own research and stumbled upon the link in you Google Search you see in the screenshot below, that link no longer works:

Sending Payment old interface link no longer works

Don't lose hope. They didn't remove the old interface. I found the new URL from their Sitemap. Read more below:

Manually Paying Using Your PayPal Balance without your Credit Card or Debit Card

As their Customer Support's response to the issue of disallowing you to continue your transaction if you don't have a Credit Card add-up in your account, It's already a rule in their system to add a Credit Card or Debit Card information (see support response below):

"I’m sorry to be the one to say this, but I’m afraid PayPal accounts need to have a card active on before being allowed to complete purchases."
"By default PayPal uses the PayPal balance to fund payments even if you have a card. If the balance is not available, I suggest that you give us a call so we can check what the problem is."
As of this writing, you can still get a detour by accessing their old interface, see following link:

No Longer Working:
https://www.paypal.com/[YOURCOUNTRYSYLLABLE]/webapps/mpp/send-money-online
https://www.paypal.com/ph/webapps/mpp/send-money-online

Working as of January 10, 2017:
https://www.paypal.com/[YOURCOUNTRYSYLLABLE]/webapps/mpp/send-payments-online
https://www.paypal.com/ph/webapps/mpp/send-payments-online

I happen to found the said working page from their Sitemap:

https://www.paypal.com/ph/webapps/mpp/send-payments-online

The link to Sending Payment old interface is at the very bottom of the page:

new url of paypal sending payment old interface link
New Sending Payment URL link to the old PayPal interface

Click the "Send a Payment" button and it will direct you to their old web app interface of Sending PayPal payment:

updated url link to paypal sending payment
PayPal Sending Payment old interface

Base from their Customer Support's response, you'll be forced to add-up your Credit/Debit Card information in your PayPal account so I recommend you to have your own CC. More likely, the old interface link I shared here will be gone soon. Just heed my

Hope this post helped you.
